What to expect - 
With Heatley Land and Lawn you get honesty in billing..  That mean  you ONLY pay for the hours our machine is running working to clear your job on site. Our Machines have active user logs which record the hours every operator runs the machine daily on a calendar. We provide screen shots of our duty log with every bill unless working on a fixed quote job. 

When running the BRUSH CUTTER-
Our machine can cut approximately 2-2.5 acres per hour when mowing open pasture ground. 
Approximately 1-1.5 acres per hour when cutting light  brush and smaller saplings.
Approximately .5 to 1 acre per hour when cutting thick Brush and larger saplings.

When running the MULCHER HEAD-
Our machine can cut and fine mulch  approximately 1/4 - 1/2 acre per hour when cutting light brush and smaller saplings.
Approximately 1 - 1  1/4  acres per DAY when cutting areas with thick underbrush, moderate size saplings and trees up to 4" diameter depending on the amount of trees.
Approximately 1/2 acre per DAY when cutting areas that are full of the thickest underbrush with lots of  bigger saplings and 4-6" diameter trees.

We always give the customer a close estimate of the hours we think a job will take when checking out the area to be worked and are willing to set CAPS  on what the entire job will cost so you don't  get any surprise invoices.
